• Accounting and financial data — for property-owner reporting, accessed through Intuit QuickBooks Online (see Section 4).
• Usage and device information — such as log data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically when you use the Service.

• to produce financial and performance reporting for property owners; and

3. Service Providers We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, with providers that are bound to protect it, including: OwnerRez (property and channel management); our website host and infrastructure provider; our database and authentication provider; our transactional email provider; payment processors; online travel platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com); and Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Intuit QuickBooks Online

The Service connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online to support accounting and owner financial reporting. With the account owner’s authorization, we access financial data such as profit-and-loss figures, revenue, expenses, and related accounting records. This data is used solely to display financial and profitability reporting within The Rebecca Collection for authorized property owners and administrators. We do not sell or rent QuickBooks data, and we do not use it for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration from within QuickBooks or by contacting us, after which we cease accessing the data and delete stored credentials. Our use of Intuit data complies with the Intuit Developer terms.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working (for example, to maintain sessions for authenticated owner logins) and to understand basic usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
