End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor), which operates The Rebecca Collection and the website located at thebeccacollection.com and any associated booking, reservation, and owner-reporting services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes of browsing properties, requesting quotes, and making and managing bookings. Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) reserves all rights not expressly granted.

2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Reservations made through the Service are subject to the rates, fees, availability, house rules, and cancellation terms presented at the time of booking. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors and through partner platforms; your booking is also subject to the terms of any platform through which it is made (for example, Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com). You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms to operate, including but not limited to OwnerRez (property and channel management), our website host, our email and database providers, payment processors, online travel platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), and Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting and owner financial reporting). Your use of those platforms may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its accounts, or its underlying systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law;
• submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization; or
• use any automated means to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its text, design, graphics, photographs, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The The Rebecca Collection name and marks may not be used without prior written permission. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT RATES, AVAILABILITY, OR PROPERTY DETAILS ARE FREE OF ERROR.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor)’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE BOOKING OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) and its owners, members, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of this Agreement.

9. Termination

Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) believes violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or to Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor). The provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Taylor Holdings (Becca & Trey Taylor) may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
